STEP 1: Take Assessment
All students must complete our FREE Online Student Screening Assessment. This assessment will confirm you have the computer and English grammar skills needed to be successful in an online training program.
In addition, students who would like to see if they qualify for our expedited Medical Scribe Training for Practicing Allied Health Professionals online training program need to take our Free Online Medical Scribe Readiness Assessment.
STEP 2: Complete Enrollment Information→→→→→→→→→→→→→
Complete the Enrollment Application Request Form. Please only complete the Enrollment Application Request Form if you want to receive an Enrollment Application.
As soon as we receive this information, along with your assessment results we will draft an Enrollment Application for your review and consideration. We will email you the application via our electronic signature application, DocuSign. You must approve this application one (1) week prior to your program start date. This will allow us to ship you any books and materials required for your training, if applicable.
PROGRAM START DATES:
- Healthcare Documentation Specialist – Every other Monday at 4 PM Eastern
- Medical Billing and Coding – Every other Tuesday at 3 PM Eastern.
- Medical Scribe – Every other Wednesday at 4 PM Eastern
- Medical Assisting, EKG, and Phlebotomy Technician – 1st & 3rd Mondays
STEP 3: Review and Approve Enrollment Application
Once you have completed the Enrollment Application our Student Services Coordinator will review, accept, process your payment and order your books and materials, if applicable. As soon as these items are complete, we will notify your program Instructor who will issue a Welcome email with instructions on how to get started!
