The mission of our Employer Affiliate Program is to develop and maintain active partnerships with industry employers to ensure industry-relevant curricula to provide quality programs and maximize the competency of our students and employment opportunities for our graduates.

We achieve this mission by:

  • Understanding the issues which impact employers in the Health Information Management (HIM) industry.
  • Including employer recommendations into the ongoing refinement of our training curriculum ensures that AHDPG graduates are outfitted with the competency necessary to succeed in today’s marketplace.
  • Investing in product development to deliver state-of-the-art educational and assessment services.
  • Providing quality placement programs and options to fit our employer partners’ diverse hiring needs and programs.
  • Partnering with our Employer Affiliates and graduates to facilitate the transition from education to employment.
