Tutoring Policy

AHDPG may provide optional, fee-based tutoring when a student needs support beyond what is included in standard course instruction and resources.​

  • Availability
    Additional tutoring is offered as an optional service, subject to tutor availability and program capacity. Tutoring format (online or phone-based) and scheduling will be coordinated between the student and the assigned Instructor.

  • Rate and Billing
    Additional tutoring is billed at $95.00 per hour, in 30‑minute increments, and must be paid in full before or at the time the session is scheduled.​ Charges may be processed via credit/debit card or other approved payment methods and are non‑refundable once the session has occurred.

  • Scope of Support
    Tutoring is intended to clarify course concepts, review skills, and support study strategies; tutors will not complete assignments, exams, or externship work on behalf of students.

  • Cancellations and No‑Shows
    Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the full hourly rate.
