The MyCAA program requires an official MyCAA Education and Training Plan (ETP) to support each candidate’s application for tuition assistance.
Complete this form to request an official MyCAA Education and Training Plan.
Please Note: The MyCAA program requires 14 BUSINESS days’ notice to process an application for tuition assistance. As a result, your Requested Training Program Start Date must be at least 21 calendar days but not more than 60 days from today.
As our programs start every other week, if needed, we will insert the next regularly scheduled program start date that corresponds with the training program and start date you requested. This date might be slightly different than the date you requested but will be clearly outlined on the MyCAA Education and Training Plan we email to you.
You will receive your MyCAA Education and Training Plan within 24 business hours after making your request. If you do not see the email in your email inbox, please check your junk or spam folders as sometimes emails with attachments (aka your MyCAA Education and Training Plan) may go to a junk or spam folder.
Upon receiving your MyCAA Education and Training Plan, please upload this to the MyCAA Website as soon as possible to get your MyCAA application for tuition assistance in the queue for approval. Delaying this step can have a negative impact on your application and require a new MyCAA Education and Training Plan which will set your application back another 14 days or more.
Once uploaded, please contact your MyCAA Career Counselor to let them know your plan is available for review. Once reviewed and approved you will receive an email from the MyCAA program notifying you of your approval status. You will then need to log back into the MyCAA website and “accept” the MyCAA Program’s offer of tuition assistance. Accepting your tuition assistance should then produce a MyCAA Financial Approval (FA) document. Please download the MyCAA Financial Approval (FA) document and email it to us at [email protected]. We will then email you an Enrollment Application stipulating your MyCAA Tuition Assistance for your review and approval.
Once we receive the MyCAA Financial Approval (FA) document and the completed Enrollment Application our Student Services Coordinator will process your application, order your books and materials, if applicable, then notify your Instructor of your enrollment. Your Instructor will then email you a Welcome Letter with instructions on how to begin your training.
Our Instructors are here to mentor, monitor, explain the curriculum where necessary, answer your questions, and provide feedback to you on your work and assignments. We pride ourselves on the level of Instructor support we provide to our students.
If you have any questions or require additional assistance please call us at (508) 938-9250 or email us at [email protected]. We stand ready to assist.
