We offer two different assessments depending on in which program(s) you wish to enroll.
You will need to know:
Your Enrollment Application must be returned and accepted by AHDPG seven days before your program start date. This deadline will enable us to send you the books and materials, if applicable, to get you started on time.
You will receive the application via an email from OneSpan ([email protected]), our electronic signature application. OneSpan will allow you to review and approve the application online. Our Student Services Coordinator will receive an alert when you complete it. Student Services will process your application, ship the books and materials, as applicable, and inform the instructor of your enrollment. Your instructor will email a welcome letter with instructions outlining the next steps. This confirms your enrollment in the program.
You are welcome to work on the program on your schedule and at your own pace, within reason. We don’t want students to complete the program too quickly (not getting its full value), or to take too long in the program. Our instructors are available to mentor, monitor, explain the curriculum, answer your questions, and provide feedback on your work and assignments.

Upload your MyCAA Education and Training Plan to the MyCAA portal. Call your MyCAA Career Counselor to let them know it is there and schedule a career counseling session, if not yet completed.
Once you receive email notification from the MyCAA program that your application for tuition assistance has been approved, you will need to log into the MyCAA portal, accept the offer of tuition assistance, and download the MyCAA Financial Approval (FA) document. Email the MyCAA FA document to us at [email protected].
Upon receipt of your MyCAA Financial Approval (FA) document we will email you an Enrollment Application for you review and approval.

The Corporate Enrollment Form must be submitted seven days before your program start date. This deadline will enable us to ship the books and materials, if applicable, to get you started on time.
The Corporate Enrollment Form can be filled out online or downloaded in PDF form. If opting for the PDF version, please email your completed Corporate Enrollment Form to us at [email protected].
