With an increasing need for diagnostic testing and monitoring, EKG Technicians can expect job growth ranging from 9-14% over the next decade, fueled by the expansion of healthcare services.
One of the fastest-growing fields, Medical Assistants are projected to grow by 16% from 2020 to 2030, much faster than the average for all occupations. As healthcare providers continue to expand, so does the demand for Medical Assistants who can assist with both clinical and administrative tasks.
The increasing shift toward electronic health records (EHRs) and greater demand for healthcare services are driving a 9% growth in employment for Medical Billing and Coding Specialists from 2020 to 2030.
