You’ve Completed the Enrollment Application. Now What?
Our Student Services Coordinator has been notified by SignNow, our electronic signature application, that you have completed the application. There is no need to follow up. The ball is in our court to get everything ready for you.
Here is How Our Process Works
- Your application will be reviewed to ensure we have everything we need to move forward. If not, we will contact you.
- Your initial payment will be processed. If there is a problem with the processing of your initial payment our Student Services Coordinator will contact you via email, phone, and/or text. Credit Card transactions take 24 to 48 hours and ACH/Bank Transactions take 4 or 5 business days to process. If there is an issue with your payment, please respond immediately as we will not move forward until your payment has been secured and any delay may impact your ability to begin your training.
- Once payment is secured, your books and materials (if applicable) will be ordered and shipped to the address you provided on your application.
- Once the books and materials have been shipped, we will notify your Instructor of your enrollment in the program.
- Your Instructor will email you a Welcome Letter with instructions on how to begin your training on the program start date outlined on your application. Please check your junk/spam folder periodically for the Welcome Email as sometimes the emails get deposited there.
Your Welcome Email Confirms Your Enrollment
- At Noon Eastern on your program start date, if you have not received instructions on how to begin (i.e. log in) please call Student Services at (800) 407-1186, Ext 802 for more details.
- Once you log into the system your Instructor becomes your main point of contact. Your Instructor is here to mentor, monitor, explain the curriculum, answer your questions, and provide feedback to you on your work and assignments. They can also help you with any issues that come up during your training.
