Peter is the CEO of the American Healthcare Documentation Professionals Group. Under his leadership AHDPG is focused on increasing the efficiency of our healthcare system by providing a unique combination of services, staffing and education to improve clinical documentation and allow physicians to focus on their patients. Peter launched AHDPG in 2010 following his 4 year tenure as the Chief Operating Officer for Transcription Relief Services, LLC. Peter brings more than 25 years pf experience in the health information management industry having served in several senior sales, marketing and training positions at Lanier Worldwide, Inc., McKesson Corporation, Kronos, BearingPoint and a number of startups.
Peter graduated from Boston College with a bachelor degree in Economics. He lives with his wife and three children in a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts.
Bob is our Director of Business Development and is responsible for all client relations regarding business transcription services, training and medical scribe implementation services.
He brings over 30+ years of Healthcare business development experience to AHDPG. In a career spanning 17 years with Lanier Worldwide, Bob served numerous strategic and leadership roles. In early 2000, he launched a career as President of Transcription Relief Services, LLC (TRS) and also began a training competency development institute named TRS Insitute (TRSi). Bob’s primary focus was solutions’ selling and delivering what was promised as well as the development of skilled professionals whom could excel at their position.
Bob graduated with a BS in Industrial Relations and History from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He currently resides in Jupiter Florida and has three sons.
Patsy Mullinax started her career in the medical transcription field in 1987 right after graduating from high school. In Patsy’s 28 years in the field she has worn many hats including transcriptionist, CMA, QA member, team leader, and supervisor. Patsy joined Transcription Relief Services in 2002 and AHDPG in 2010.
Patsy lives on a farm with her husband, their 2 daughters. 1 granddaughter and ever-growing family of animals in Belton, South Carolina. She enjoys spending time working with the animals on the farm, camping, traveling, and horseback riding.
