Enrollment Process

Step 1:

To qualify for enrollment in our programs you must pass two screening assessments. The first assessment ensures you have a minimum level of computer literacy to successfully navigate through our program and the second assessment measures your understanding of English grammar proficiency. A working understanding of English grammar will increase your success as healthcare documentation specialist.

AHDPG Screening Assessment

To qualify for enrollment you must score 80 or higher on each assessment. We will be automatically notified of your score upon completion.

Step 2:

Once you have completed the two assessments, our Admissions Coordinator will contact you to discuss our programs and answer any questions you may have on the available funding option to best meet your needs. Enrollment paperwork can be exchanged via email.

Step 3:

When you return the completed Enrollment and Financial Agreement to us and we have successfully processed your application you will receive an email welcoming you to our program with the details regarding program orientation.
